Blue Sea Horizon was founded by Cordula Richter – senior consultant, program lead, and former executive with over 15 years of experience in digital transformation and agile change.
She combines structure and empathy to lead teams, drive strategies, and deliver results in complex environments.
Cordula has worked in strategy consulting, led departments as an interim and line manager, and coached leaders through transformation and growth.
Today, Blue Sea Horizon is growing into a network of experts – committed to creating real impact through clarity, collaboration, and leadership.
